The main business idea of our 40 years ago established company is to develop, sell and deliver equipment and services to maintenance operators of different pipe networks. The most widely known innovations therein are the drilling devices to accomplish pipeline branching under pressure.

We offer branching under pressure to almost every pipe line and provide the right tools to carry out under pressure branching work.


TONISCO on-site branching service

Our personnel has performed various kinds of pipe line branching in different environments during the recent years and decades. We perform branching as a service to the Water, Steam and Heat supplying companies, Waste water treating companies as well as suppliers of gas, either citygas or natural gas. Our drilling technic is suitable also in most process-, chemical- or petrochemical plants around the world.

Except the branching work we also supply our customers other kinds of services and equipment to help performing the everyday maintenance of pipe lines in operation.

A pair of steel branches DN600 were connected in using weldable TONISCO drilling valves.
The main lines were DN700 district heating pipes. Pressure 7 - 10 Bar, Temp. 70 - 110oc.

For Helsinki Energy 2 pcs DN500 branches were connected under pressure to existing DH network at the pressure of 9 Bar and 7 Bar.
Weldable TONISCO valves were used equipped with 24 mm thick sluice plates.
